4. Legal Basis for Processing
The processing of your personal data is based on: the execution of the investment contract you enter into with Xenlimo; compliance with legal obligations (financial, tax, and anti-money laundering regulations); your explicit consent, where applicable; and our legitimate interest in improving the platform and preventing fraud, provided that your fundamental rights do not prevail.
5. Data Transfers
Your personal data may be shared with: financial institutions necessary to process transactions; regulatory bodies and competent authorities when required by law; technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform, who are subject to confidentiality agreements. In the event of international data transfers, we ensure that recipients meet protection standards equivalent to those required by Chilean legislation.
